Searching for graduates with excellent communication, comfortable speaking at various levels with their customers. An excellent career opportunity to join a progressively growing consultancy and education company in the field of quality, environmental and health and safety working in a range of industries. The opportunity includes excellent training and development opportunities.  They are not looking for experience, however, we require the right attitude, professionalism and behaviours for us to train you to be an important part of their team.

National business travel will be a requirement, therefore, a company car will be provided. You will be responsible for quality and environmental management systems implementation working in various industries, progressing on to health and safety as you develop through mentoring and training.

Tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Manage diary clearly communicating work locations to the team
• Scheduling of customer visits.
• Work with customers on environmental aspects and impacts registers,  conducting risk assessments of significant aspects during environmental systems implementation
• Controlling documents, supporting the creation of process mapping for customers during implementation of quality and environmental standards.
• Work on environmental compliance obligations for customers supporting legal registers
• Support the creation of customer business policies in line with international standards
• Analysis of a business context for various industry sectors
• Creation of a business stakeholder analysis
• Creation of objectives and targets
• Support data analysis of objectives and targets i.e. graphs and charts
• Conduct management review meetings supporting clients
• Create internal audit programmes
• Conduct internal audits prior to external audit visits
• Support customers with collection of waste transfer notes/carrier licenses
• Support customers in collating customer satisfaction data
• On-going customer maintenance of business systems
• Other ad-hoc duties as directed by the Directors to include all organisational activities

Essential requirements:

• A desire to travel nationally and is flexible to work in different locations
• Strong knowledge of business concepts
• Proven analytical skills
• Excellent organisational/project management skills
• Organised to meet goals, objectives and deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Good interpersonal and people skills
• Good written, verbal and presentation skills
• A passion for learning and a desire to succeed
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• To be able to work with people of varied technical backgrounds and management levels
• Knowledge of Company policies and procedures
• Ability to facilitate and support the work of team members

Desirable attributes:

• First class spreadsheet skills
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Excel macro writing
• 2:1 or higher level degree
• Have a high degree of computer literacy - Must be competent to use Microsoft office 365

Remuneration details:

• The salary is starting at £19,000 increasing as your skills develop through experience and accredited training.
