Our client is looking for a bright, highly motivated and enthusiastic sales individual.  This is a great opportunity for a graduate who is looking to enhance their experience in sales within a professional business to business and consumer environment. Great opportunities for progression.. You must be exceptionally organised and demonstrate a deep knowledge of customer service, best practices and B2B sales. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and exceed sales targets.

  

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Goal orientated
  • Assist with the research, preparation and management of sales leads
  • Analysis of sales leads to establish relevance
  • Preparing sales reports
  • CRM and database maintenance
  • Management of new and existing accounts
  • Ability to deeply understand and communicate the product
  • Dealing with client enquiries/queries whilst identifying additional business opportunities
  • Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximise profit
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Occasional travel for site visits to customers and attending exhibitions
  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

 

Essential requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English – written & spoken
  • Studying a relevant degree in Business, or Marketing
  • Strong computer skills – MS Office, Google CRM and data
  • Motivated and enthusiastic
  • Confident & able to work independently as required
  • Ability to sell and engage with potential customers
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

Desirable attributes:

  • Fluency in additional languages
  • Comfortable with giving and receiving feedback
  • Ability to be flexible in response to changing priorities and needs
  • Confident to work alone with little direction but equally confident to know when to ask for help and keep the team informed

Duration:

·         Permanent.

 

Co Activity:

  • The company manufactures enclosures and kiosks to assist with the presentation and interaction of technological products
